Vocational Bakery

The Vocational Bakery program at Ray of Hope focuses on providing individuals with learning difficulties the opportunity to learn baking skills and gain valuable vocational experience in the baking industry. Participants in this program receive training in various baking techniques, recipe preparation, food safety, and customer service. They have the opportunity to create a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
